The purpose of this 10-session course is to assist individuals and students in the development of short and long-range life planning skills. Individuals make better progress in their lives when they can lay out their plans on paper and think ahead about what they want to happen in their futures. Integrating the course material with the activities of each lesson enables individuals to untangle uncertainties and gain insight about their lives. The one-on-one contact with the instructor increases accountability and breakthrough moments. Course Objectives Through involvement in this course, each participant will-
